1. The Free2Call.tv ("Vote") is organised by or on behalf of Branded Management Limited of 324 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH ("BML"). By participating in this Vote you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. You may only cast your free vote by calling the appropriate 0333 telephone number shown on Free2call.tv website.
3. You may vote as many times as you like but the eligibility of any vote entry is at the sole discretion of BML using this method.
4. Free2call.tv is not responsible for the programme opening and closing times to cast a vote. Please watch the programme for exact closing time of the vote
5. BML reserves the right to discount votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent bulk votes have been cast (i.e. more votes than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to make automated votes).
6. BML may suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set the free telephone numbers for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time.
7. Under no circumstances will there be a refund for any vote cast or for any misdialled calls. Calls are free of charge for a 0333 number using your mobile service providers inclusive call allowance and also some landline services providers offer 0333 numbers as part of their inclusive packages. Please contact your provider to establish your call cost before voting as we are not responsible for any charges.
8. If you are not the bill payer, you must get permission from the bill payer before calling to vote.
9. At times you may not be able to get through to register your vote. BML is not liable to callers who are unable to register a vote.
10. All votes are monitored by BML’s telephone system and software
11. BML’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the placing of Votes using our Free2call.tv service is final. Final authority for the results of voting remains with the appropriate television show.
12. Arrangements have been put in place which are designed to ensure that no-one will be charged for votes cast outside of the Vote windows. Please contact your network provider if you believe you have been charged for a call made outside of the Vote window and accordance with telephone service providers terms and conditions.
13. BML, its group companies and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem in any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BML hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the Vote.
14. Any personal data collected will be used solely in connection with current UK data protection legislation. Please see BML’s Privacy Policy for further details.
15. BML reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website and such posting shall be adequate notice to all participants. Please check these Terms and Conditions each time you wish to vote.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law.
Telephone Charges/Pricing Information
17.Each call will cost 0 pence from a BT landline and 0 pence from a mobile telephone if 0333 numbers are included in your available allowance when you wish to vote. Please check with your network operator or service provider before calling for exact call charges. 03 numbers cost the same to call as standard landline numbers even from a mobile phone
